2. WhatsApp Inquiries & Chat Data
Since we operate our catalog ordering manually via WhatsApp, conversations, sizing notes, and address proofs are handled directly inside WhatsApp chat logs. These records are protected under WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption protocols. Sizing logs and delivery address notes are replicated locally to our billing systems for order packaging.

We use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic, screen visibility, dynamic path transitions, and user interactions. Google Analytics compiles anonymous usage data (like browser type, IP location, session duration, and source pages). This helps us improve website loading speeds and layout usability.
